We  provide tools that offer real-time analysis of security alerts generated by network hardware and applications. We integratel SIEM as software, appliances or managed services, and are also used to log security data and generate reports for compliance purposes.

Support & Managed Services

Our Melbourne based support desk provides responsive email and telephone support to those signed-up to our Annual Managed Services Agreement.

We provide first and second line support for products we resell and include options for 8hrsx5days or 24hrsx7days per week.

Ad-hoc time and materials maintenance is available on request.  If you are not covered by a Managed Service Agreement our Ad hoc availability and rates apply.

We can provide competitive pricing on maintaining Windows servers, UNIX & Linux servers as well as many other popular devices used in todays Enterprise.
