Our Melbourne based support desk provides responsive email and telephone support to those signed-up to our Annual Managed Services Agreement.
We provide first and second line support for products we resell and include options for 8hrsx5days or 24hrsx7days per week.
Ad-hoc time and materials maintenance is available on request. If you are not covered by a Managed Service Agreement our Ad hoc availability and rates apply.
We can provide competitive pricing on maintaining Windows servers, UNIX & Linux servers as well as many other popular devices used in todays Enterprise.
